Parking and Road Closures

‍

⚠️ Park Closures:

• The park will close at 2 PM for event setup and reopen at 5 PM.

🚫 Road Closures:

• Pylant Street will be closed from Hwy 16 to Morgan for vehicle traffic.

🛺 Golf Cart Parking:

• Golf cart parking will be available on the closed section of Pylant Street. Golf cart parking will also be available on the new Mary's Parkway (old Howard Road cart path) up until the portion marked "Parking Permit Only" which is for VIP parking.

♿ Handicapped Parking:

• Handicapped parking is available at the front portion of the library on a first-come, first-served basis. A state-issued permit is required.

🚗 General Parking:

• General parking is available on city streets, public parking lots, and the old ball fields on Howard Road.

🕗 Courtesy Shuttles:

• Courtesy shuttles will be available on Pylant Street from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

🚧 Mary's Parkway (Old Howard Road Cart Path) Restrictions:

• Mary's Parkway will be restrained to golf carts only. Please pull nose in on both sides of the road. The new cart path will be for pedestrians only.
• VIP ticket holders with a parking permit will park golf carts on the section of Mary's Parkway designated "Parking by Permit Only". You MUST display your parking permit (ticket) on your front windshield. Please park nose in on both sides of the road. Please remember to pick up your arm bands and golf cart parking passes at the Senoia Welcome Center prior to the event.

While Memorial Day has evolved into a day of celebration in the United States, it's important to acknowledge the true reason for its observance - to honor and remember the courageous members of our armed forces who have made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation.

Please mark your calendars and also join us for the 2026 Senoia Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony to be held Monday, May 25th at 9:00am at the Senoia City Cemetery.
